  • Deliveries nad delivery costs

    We provide very fast deliveries. The delivery speed depends on how complicated and diversified an order is. For example, for a complex order (about 20 different items of 50-200 pieces each = 1000-4000 signs) the production time is about 1.5-2 weeks before the order is complete and passed to a courier. We use the courier services of DPD to dispatch our products.

    • Average lead time within the EU: 3-5 working days;
    • Average cost of delivery to EU states, weight up to 31.5 kg — about EUR 40;
    • Average cost of customs duties — EUR 40 per parcel (delivery outside the EU);
    • Average cost of delivery outside EU states including customs duties, weight up to 31.5 kg — about EUR 90;
    • DPD courier with a ‘guaranteed delivery time option’ — EUR 15.

  • Procurement and delivery procedure
    • TDC receives an order.
    • TDC issues a pro-forma invoice in PLN (exclusive of transport costs) and e-mails it to the client.
    • TDC waits for payment — to accelerate the production procedure, please e-mail a PDF receipt to office@signs-tdc.com.
    • When a dispatch is ready, TDC calculates the cost of transport (because only then the weight of the dispatch is known) and issues an original invoice (including the cost of transport).
    • TDC issues an invoice in PLN with a zero VAT rate.

    In the case of a delivery outside the EU, the transport cost increases with customs duties (about EUR 40 per parcel). All the amounts in EUR given are only approximate amounts depending strictly on the current exchange rate to PLN in our country and therefore they can change at any time.

    TDC provides professional consulting in product know-how, technical parameters, potential applications of TDC products in specific cases and in the production capacities of our Company.

  • Signs' specimen according to standards of your country

    We produce untypical signs according to individual specimen provided by a customer, as well as we run the production in accordance with norm specimen of many countries. Products are made by our tested technologies – simultaneously providing high quality and photometric parameters in the case of photoluminescent signs. The company has possibility to adapt production to photoluminescent specimen signs in your country. We invite you to cooperation.

The Controller of Personal Data is TDC-TOP DESIGN CHUDZYŃSCY SPÓŁKA JAWNA located in Chwaszczyno ul. Oliwska 166, 80-209 (hereinafter referred to as: Company). The Controller appointed Data Protection Officer who can be reached at via e-mail, or via mail: ul. Oliwska 166, 80-209 Chwaszczyno. Personal Data will be processed for purposes such as sending commercial information by the Company regarding Company’s offers, in the electronic or telephonic form (depending on preferences), or sharing the Personal Data to the delivery company including: name and surname, address and telephone number to fill in the order, based on the consent, in Article 6, point 1 of Regulation, (EU) 2016/679 of the European parliament and of the council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR). Personal Data can be shared with the employees or co-workers of the Company, as well as with the entities helping the Company by performing the commissioned services in line with the processing agreements. Each person has the right to access the content of their data, and rectify, delete, limit, move the processed data, has the right to raise objections regarding the data processed, and the right to revoke the consent at any time without the impact on accordance with the right of processing, as well has the right to file a complaint to the European Commission Data Protection Officer if he recognizes that processing violates GDPR regulations. Giving the personal data is voluntary.
